Tots Class Structure

When you come to class with our Tots who are our youngest preschoolers aged 2-3, be prepared for a fun 30 minutes with lots of colourful props and movement to everyone’s favourite music from movies, t.v shows and pre-school groups. Our Tots can bring a special person with them each week to watch and support or join in and dance alongside them. We start with getting our bodies moving to an upbeat energetic song, then we will move on to a little bit of basic stretching. Then it’s time for our props to come out! Props help our smallest preschoolers with their coordination and make learning simple dance techniques fun. 

Our preschool Tots will work on steps like marching, galloping, walking on their tippy toes and balancing. In between working on their dancing techniques there will be games to help with musicality and timing. And of course a sticker at the end for all of their hard work! 

At Awesome Dancer our classes are full of fun, laughter, love and positivity. Our teachers create a beautiful relaxed environment for our students to foster their love of dance and movement.
